1. Acceptance of terms
By using GuardVault websites, signing up for an account, starting a trial, or accessing the demo console, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Account responsibilities
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.
- Accounts are provisioned by your organization administrator. Do not share credentials or attempt to circumvent access controls.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use GuardVault to:
- Probe, scan or attack systems you do not own or have explicit permission to test.
- Distribute malware, phishing content or other harmful material.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the service beyond what the open-source license expressly permits.
- Overload infrastructure or interfere with other customers.
4. Trial and billing
New cloud tenants receive a 14-day trial with up to 10 managed assets. After the trial period, tenants without an active subscription are automatically locked until payment is configured. Subscription fees are based on the number of managed assets and privileged administrators.

7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GuardVault shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or at your request.
